Activities at Lydum old water mill and power station

In 1903, a small DC power station was set up where the old water wheel pulled a dynamo. The water wheel was replaced by a turbine in 1917. The diesel age began in 1922 and today the operational machinery consists of two Francis turbines and two diesel machines.

Activities:

• 15th of June, 13.00 - 16.00: Come and experience the mill at Danish Mill Day at Lydum old watermill and power station
• 15th of June, 9th of August and 13th of September, 10.30 - 15.30: Veteran car rally
