Join us on a wild family trip where we slaughter, prepare, and eat pheasant in the great outdoors. Wild food, campfire, and shared lunch at the old forester's lodge.

Are you ready for wild food and a wild lunch? Then join us on February 10 for an atmospheric family outing at the old forester's lodge, where we will get up close and personal with the forest's raw ingredients.

We will slaughter, cut up, and cook pheasant and prepare two delicious dishes over a campfire and grill. Along the way, you will gain insight into the craft behind wild food—and you can see, smell, and taste your way through the process. It will be a few exciting, entertaining, and, not least, tasty hours in the countryside.

All you need to bring is a good mood, warm clothes, and the drinks you want for our shared lunch in nature.
