Organic Food Day
Toftegaard Organic and Mel from Forum invite you to an organic long-table dinner. On Friday 18 September, two local chefs will conjure up a three-course menu using our own seasonal produce.
The evening begins at 5.00 pm with a welcome and a guided tour of the venue. Dinner will be served from 6.00 pm, when we’ll gather to enjoy good food and a cosy evening. During the evening, local environmental enthusiast Mikkel Berggreen Schmidt will share his views on local communities, nature and ecology.
The price for the meal, including water, is 375 DKK per person. There will be an opportunity to purchase selected organic drinks on the day.
Eco Food Day is organised in collaboration with the Danish Organic Association.
