There's something special about creating sourdough pizzas from scratch with good, local ingredients. This Saturdays we invite you inside between 11.00-14.00 when we transform our micro-bakery into a sourdough pizzeria.
When you stand there, pizza in hand, you'll feel the warmth and passion that goes into every bite. Møller's Microbakery is not just a place where bread and pizzas are made; it's a place where the love of craftsmanship is shared with every single guest. Being allowed to get close to this process, even for a moment, is a true pleasure for both the senses and the soul.
