Creative workshop with Amber and Yoga
Join us for a creative workshop dedicated to amber, yoga & medtation
We repeat last year's success with 4 Sundays dedicated to amber, yoga & meditation.
This time it is possible to choose between flow yoga or meditation. Yoga teacher Freja will adapt the programme so that everyone can join in - even if it's your first time trying yoga or meditation.
After about an hour of yoga or meditation, we will go to the workshop together to sand and drill amber. Here you will produce your own unique "Ocean flow" bracelet in the colours of your choice - with a unique bead of ocean plastic from the cool local company om:hu.
We look forward to welcoming you to Rav & Ro's home turf: Marhildegården, an authentic old dune farm on Holmsland Klitvej 92 in Klegod. The workshop takes place on the following dates:
- the 26th of May
- the 16th of June
- the 14th of July
- the 4th August
The time is from 14:00-16:30.
Booking is done by sending an email to freja@corellyoga.dk (Please write a little about your yoga/meditation experience).
There are only 10 places per session, as we want to create an intimate space.
The workshop costs DKK 550 and includes materials, equipment, yoga, coffee/tea and cake as well as closing bubbles.
The workshop can be held in both English and Danish if needed.
