If you want to enjoy a menu with exceptional taste experiences, then our DinnerDays evening menu is for you. The best local produce is used in our menu, and we ensure the perfect atmosphere in the inn.
DinnerDays is a nationwide restaurant festival held at Von Lügenhals on selected days between 12 and 19 October 2025.
At DinnerDays, we invite you to join us for a communal meal, where you will be served the following menu:
We offer three courses:
First course
・Brioche with fried mushrooms & port wine
・Sashimi with North Sea cod, mustard seeds, onion compote & dill oil
・Beef carpaccio with pickled red onions, basil pesto, root vegetable chips & grated Havgus cheese
2nd course
・Chicken schnitzel with chanterelles, pearl onions & velouté
3rd course
・Baked vanilla ice cream with berry compote, cake crumble & caramel
