Since their debut in 2018, Smag På Dig Selv (SPDS) have challenged and expanded the boundaries of genre with their uncompromising fusion of acoustic techno, raw punk energy and 90s-inspired dance. With
genre-bending wildness, high-energy dance moves and an activist ethos, the trio create an intense, physical and euphoric
live experience that leaves the audience in sweat-drenched ecstasy. The band’s boundary-pushing energy and powerful stage presence have cemented their status as one of Denmark’s best live acts, on their way out of
the underground and into the mainstream. Their wild live shows were recognised in November 2024 with a
commercial DMA for New Live Act of the Year.
