Guided Bike Tour in the Area Around Filsø and Grærup
Join us on a cycle tour with our local guide, Peter Voetmann, in the area between Filsø and Grærup, and listen to stories about how the sea, the sand, the wind and the people have shaped the landscape we see today.
The stories cover, amongst other things, the history and development of Filsø, the sand-buried oak trees, the desolate dune landscape, sand drift, the plantations and the area around Grærup Langsø. The walk is approximately 20 km long. Please feel free to bring an afternoon coffee and, if you wish, a pair of binoculars.
Meeting point: The car park at Nørre Enge, Kærgårdvej 6A, 6840 Oksbøl
Time: From 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm
What to bring: Your own bike, afternoon coffee and a pair of binoculars.
