In the heart of the West Jutland landscape, you’ll find Møllers Mikrobageri - an organic sourdough bakery where everything is baked with passion, local ingredients and a love for the craft. Here, the bread rises slowly overnight in the cold, and the bakery is open to the shop, allowing you as a customer to follow the entire process from dough to freshly baked, steaming bread.

At Møllers Mikrobageri, transparency is more than just a physical feature – it’s a way of life and a professional approach. Everything is organic, and ingredients are sourced locally whenever possible – often directly from neighbouring organic farms. The bread is created with respect for flavour, seasonality and sustainability, and the desire to minimise food waste is a natural part of everyday life.

The micro-bakery is run by Niels and Pernille, who, with their two young children, have chosen to build a business around their passion and a wish to create a meaningful family life. Here, time, quality and joy are not just words – they are the foundations of both the baked goods and their way of living.
