Be a considerate guest and protect animals and plants. – Do not drive, park or camp in dunes, heathlands, green areas or forest edges – Only stay overnight where you know it's permitted – Stick to paths and respect fences and signs – Avoid lighting fires or digging holes 3Simple living leaves no traceYou travel for the simple and the beautiful. Watch the sun set over the North Sea. Sip your coffee with the doors open, embrace the calm and leave the place as lovely as you found it. – Take all rubbish with you or dispose of it in a bin, never beside it – Only empty wastewater at approved facilities – Never empty your toilet into regular toilets – Avoid noise, especially early in the morning and late at night 4Small encounters make a big differenceYou seek not only breathtaking views but also unique experiences. Be open and welcoming, and support the area by shopping, eating and staying locally. This builds goodwill, also for those who visit after you. – Be considerate when parking and willing to move – Be especially mindful where space is limited in small harbours and car parks – Do not let camping furniture or equipment take up public space – Shop in local stores and visit restaurants and cafés – Be friendly, greet the locals, and ask if you’re unsure.
