Many holidaymakers come to Denmark’s West Coast to enjoy the peace, nature and time together in a lovely holiday home overlooking the dunes, the fjord or the North Sea. At Koksusgaard, we make it possible to stay in your holiday home while still enjoying a dining experience that feels like visiting a restaurant. Here, you can experience high-quality Danish and West Jutland ingredients interpreted through a modern Nordic kitchen – without spending your holiday in the kitchen yourself.

One of the most popular experiences we offer is “Dine Well at Home”, a luxurious social dining menu available every Friday and Saturday. The menu consists of six courses, including four small starters, a main course and a dessert, created using the finest Danish seasonal ingredients of the month. The food is delivered on elegant tableware and requires only minimal preparation in your holiday home, allowing you to enjoy a restaurant-quality experience around your own table with views of the West Jutland landscape. Easy instructions are included, and the tableware is returned to Koksusgaard afterwards. The menu can be ordered from just one guest and costs DKK 325 per person.

For larger groups and holiday guests celebrating a special occasion, Koksusgaard also offers its popular Seasonal Menu. Guests can choose between one or three courses, always prepared with a focus on Danish seasonal ingredients and served on elegant Nordic tableware. The starter and dessert are individually plated, while the main course is served buffet-style. Koksusgaard’s signature snacks can also be added. The menu is available for a minimum of 10 guests, with prices starting from DKK 240 per person. The tableware is returned after use.
