Mushroom Week cook-off / charity dinner

Seven of the region’s best culinary teams from Brasserie Hav, Café Stranden, Hr. Skov, Høfde4, Arnbjerg Pavillonen, Dine & Wine and Nymindegab Kro will each create their own mushroom-inspired dish for this unique evening.

All proceeds from the dinner will go directly towards funding educational programmes for the municipality’s 6th-grade pupils, as well as activities and workshops for chef and waiter trainees at Rybners.

Seven fantastic courses with a specially selected wine pairing for DKK 1,995.

Only 50 tickets will be available, and due to high demand, a draw will determine who gets the opportunity to purchase tickets. The draw will take place on 20 August, and those selected will be notified directly afterwards.
